What is Emerging Leaders?

Mission Statement

Effective leaders must first know themselves. Emerging Leaders is a personal leadership development program that introduces learners to the skills and behaviors that highlight the four fundamentals of leadership- Self Knowledge, Valuing Other, Integrity, and Personal Accountability- through an experiential, hands-on approach.

Goals of Emerging Leaders

1. Learners will become more aware of their personal leadership identity.
2. Learners will be more aware of how they view others.
3. Learners will be able to apply the leadership skills and behaviors learned.
4. Learners will raise their awareness of what constitutes an effective leader.

How Do I Apply?
